What is functional training?

Functional training is exercise which trains us to perform everyday life movements more easily and efficiently – in other words we train you to function in your chosen duty, role or sport!  Connecting the body from head to toe, we train the body to stabilise the muscles together, making movement easier and reducing pain and inflammation.
